Pineapple Feather Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 3 Egg Whites Stiffly Beaten
- 2 1/2 Cups Flour
- 3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Crushed Pineapple & Juice
Instructions
- Sift flour and measure. Sift flour, salt and baking powder three times.
- Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla. Add flour mixture alternately with pineapple and water. Fold in egg whites.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes in loaf pan.
