Pecan Balls (Mexican Wedding Cookies)

Pecan Balls (Mexican Wedding Cookies)

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Pecans Chopped
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. In medium bowl, combine flour and salt. Add dry ingredients bit by bit to butter mixture. Stir in pecans.
  • Form into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Do not brown. Cool and roll in powdered sugar.
