Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- Fresh or Canned Peaches
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Egg Beaten
Instructions
- Crumble sugar, flour, baking powder, salt together with butter. Add beaten egg and stir until chunky.
- Spread over peaches (or apples) in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
