- Cut the tops off of the mini pumpkins, then take a fork and scrape out all of the seeds.
- When they are clean inside, place a tablespoon of butter, some brown sugar and cinnamon inside.
- Put the lid back on, place them on a cookie sheet and bake them at 425 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes.
