Knorr’s Spinach Dip

“This recipe came from when we went on a ski trip with Dr. Chao’s office, and this was brought as an appetizer to munch on. When asked for the recipe, we were told it could be found on the back of the Knorr’s Vegetable Soup Mix box. It was a good trip, 9 month’s later my son, Tom, was born.” – Calla Ferre

Knorr’s Spinach Dip

Course: Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 8-Ounce Can Water Chestnuts Chopped
  • 1 10-Ounce Package Frozen Spinach
  • Few Stalks Green Onion Chopped
  • 1 Package Knorr’s Vegetable Soup Mix

Instructions

  • Cook spinach as directed, squeeze out excess water and chop. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least one hour. Serve in sourdough bowl with sourdough wedges.
