Grandmother’s Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2/3 Cup Canned Milk
- 12 Marshmallows
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Oleo (Margarine)
- Pinch Salt
- 1 6-Ounce Package (1 Cup) Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Nuts Chopped
Instructions
- Mix sugar, milk, marshmallows, margarine and salt in 2-quart pan. Cook over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate, nuts and vanilla. Beat mixture until smooth.
- Place in buttered 8×8 pan. Cool and cut into pieces. Makes 30 pieces.
