Gingerbread
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups Bread Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Water Boiling
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Molasses
- 1/2 Cup Shortening Melted
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients. Combine liquids. Put two mixture together. Add shortening last. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
