Frozen Pea Salad

“When I first saw this recipe, I wasn’t quite sure about it, but as it turns out, it is pretty darn good! I doubled the bacon, because let’s face it, everything is better with more bacon. Garnish with some extra crumbled bacon and green onions.” – April Ferre

Frozen Pea Salad

Course: Salads – Green & Vegetable


  • 2 10-Ounce Packages Frozen Peas
  • 1 8-Ounce Can Sliced Water Chestnuts
  • 1/2 Pound Bacon Cooked Crisp & Crumbled
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Green Onion
  • 1 Pint Sour Cream


  • Mix all ingredients well. Store in refrigerator. Serves 8 to 10.
