Dream Bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 Cup Coconut
- 1 Cup Nuts Chopped
Instructions
- Cream 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 cup flour. Pat this mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes in slow oven (300 degrees).
- Mix together remaining ingredients and put the mixture on top of baked base. Bake again at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
