Dottie’s Australian Tea Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Peanuts Chopped
  • 1 Cup Corn Flakes

Instructions

  • Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Cream butter and sugar; add egg and beat well. Fold in sifted ingredients. Blend in rolled oats, peanuts, and corn flakes.
  • Place by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until done. Cook on wire racks.
