Dottie’s Australian Tea Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Flour
- Pinch Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 Cup Peanuts Chopped
- 1 Cup Corn Flakes
Instructions
- Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Cream butter and sugar; add egg and beat well. Fold in sifted ingredients. Blend in rolled oats, peanuts, and corn flakes.
- Place by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until done. Cook on wire racks.
