Crustless Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Cup Flaked Coconut
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter Melted

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together in blender. Blend on slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Pour into 9-inch buttered pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until pie is set.
