Cousin Eileen’s Fluffy Chocolate Icing
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar Sifted
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 1-Ounce Squares Baking Chocolate Melted
- 2 Tablespoons Butter Melted
- Salt
- Vanilla
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in small bowl. Fill larger bowl with ice cubes and place smaller bowl in center. Beat until frosting “fluffs up” and is thick and creamy.
