Corn Fritters

Course: Side Dishes – Vegetables


  • 1 17-Ounce Can Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 1/3 Cup Biscuit Mix


  • Heat 2 to 3 inches oil to 375 degrees in heavy skillet.
  • Pour liquid from corn. Add egg and biscuit mix. Fold in corn.
  • Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
