- 1 17-Ounce Can Whole Kernel Corn
- 1 Egg
- 2 1/3 Cup Biscuit Mix
- Heat 2 to 3 inches oil to 375 degrees in heavy skillet.
- Pour liquid from corn. Add egg and biscuit mix. Fold in corn.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
