Chocolate Glaze

Course: Frostings & Fillings


  • 1 Tablespoon Plus 2 Teaspoon Hot Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar


  • Dissolve cocoa in hot water. Add oil. Blend in powdered sugar. If needed, add more sugar to thicken or more water to thin. Spoon over cake.
