Chicken A’la Patterson (AKA The Chicken)
- Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Chip Beef
- 1 10.75-Ounce Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- In pan, layer two pieces chip beef, one chicken breast, and one slice bacon. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Drain.
- Mix soup with sour cream and pour over chicken. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
