Cake Celebration – Creamy Cocoa Frosting
- 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa
- 1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
- Scant 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 Tablespoons Water
- Beat all ingredients on medium speed until smooth and of spreading consistency. If needed 1/2 teaspoon water can be added until desired consistency is reached.
- Double for 8 to 10 inch cake.
