Cake Celebration – Buttercream

Course: Frostings & Fillings


  • 6- to 7-Ounce Can Milk
  • 2 Pounds Powdered Sugar
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon Flavoring
  • 24 Ounces Shortening
  • 2 Teaspoons Stay Ice


  • Mix together slowly milk and powdered sugar. Add cream cheese and flavoring. Then make sure all the lumps are out before adding shortening.
  • Mix at medium speed until well blended. Needs to be refrigerated.


For best results use High Ratio Shortening
