Broccoli with Lemon-Oregano Dressing

Broccoli with Lemon-Oregano Dressing

  • 1 1/2 Pounds Broccoli
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Fresh Oregano Minced
  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt


  • Trim broccoli florets from stalk and steam.
  • Whisk olive oil, oregano, garlic lemon zest and salt together in a small bowl.
  • Toss broccoli with lemon-oregano dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
