Broccoli with Lemon-Oregano Dressing
- 1 1/2 Pounds Broccoli
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Teaspoons Fresh Oregano Minced
- 1 Clove Garlic Minced
- 3/4 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- Trim broccoli florets from stalk and steam.
- Whisk olive oil, oregano, garlic lemon zest and salt together in a small bowl.
- Toss broccoli with lemon-oregano dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
