Broccoli Salad

“I had always wanted to add a classic broccoli salad to the cookbook, thankfully, Aunt Debbie had one to share. Dried cranberries instead of raisins makes a nice variation.” – April Ferre

Broccoli Salad

Course: Salads – Green & Vegetable


  • 1 Bunch Broccoli Separated Into Florets
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins
  • 1 Chopped White Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Bacon Bits
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Vinegar


  • Combine broccoli, raisins, onion, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits in medium bowl.
  • In small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture and stir until well mixed. Chill before serving.
