Black-Bottom Cupcakes

Black-Bottom Cupcakes

Course: Cakes & Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/3 Cup Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 8-Ounce Package Cream Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Mix together first 9 ingredients. Fill cupcake liners half-full with this batter.
  • Cream next 4 ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Put a heaping teaspoonful of this mixture in the center of each cupcake.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
