Black-Bottom Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/3 Cup Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 8-Ounce Package Cream Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Mix together first 9 ingredients. Fill cupcake liners half-full with this batter.
- Cream next 4 ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Put a heaping teaspoonful of this mixture in the center of each cupcake.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
