Apple Crisp

Course: Crisps & Cobblers

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups (6 to 8) Apples
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Bread Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 7 Tablespoons Butter

Instructions

  • Pare, core and slice apples. Place apples in a 8×8-inch pan. Mix water and cinnamon; pour over apples.
  • Work sugar, flour, salt and butter together until crumbly. Spread over apples. Bake uncovered.
