Cake Celebration – Creamy Cocoa Frosting

Course: Frostings & Fillings

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa
  • 1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
  • Scant 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 Tablespoons Water

Instructions

  • Beat all ingredients on medium speed until smooth and of spreading consistency. If needed 1/2 teaspoon water can be added until desired consistency is reached.
  • Double for 8 to 10 inch cake.
