Cake Celebration – Buttercream
Ingredients
- 6- to 7-Ounce Can Milk
- 2 Pounds Powdered Sugar
- 4 Ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon Flavoring
- 24 Ounces Shortening
- 2 Teaspoons Stay Ice
Instructions
- Mix together slowly milk and powdered sugar. Add cream cheese and flavoring. Then make sure all the lumps are out before adding shortening.
- Mix at medium speed until well blended. Needs to be refrigerated.
Notes
For best results use High Ratio Shortening
