Sherry Loaf Cake

Sherry Loaf Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 13.25 to 15.25- Ounce Package Yellow Cake Mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Salad Oil
  • 3/4 Cup Dry Sherry
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts Chopped

Instructions

  • Flour and grease a 5x9x3-inch loaf pan.
  • Combine all ingredients except nuts; mix well. Pour into prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the top with nuts.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
