Chicken Artichoke Rice Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Package Chicken Flavored Rice-A-Roni Cooked & Cooled
- 1/3 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
- 1/3 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1/3 Cup Stuffed Green Olives Sliced
- 1 Cup Cubed Cooked Chicken
- 2 14.75-Ounce Jars Marinated Artichoke Hearts with Liquid
- 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and chill.
