Sweet Chili Sauce

- Or 1 to 2 Teaspoons Dried Red Chili Flakes

Soy Sauce

Teaspoons
Cornstarch Dissolved in 1 Tablespoon Water
1 to 2
Drops Red Food Coloring
Optional
Instructions
Place all ingredients except cornstarch slurry in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring regularly.
Slowly whisk in cornstarch mixture and continue to cook for approximately 1 minute or until thickened.
Remove from heat and cool sauce completely.
Store in an air tight jar in the refrigerator. Makes approximately 1 cup.
