Pasta Alfredo with Ham & Peas

Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water. Drain.
Combine pasta, ham and peas in a large bowl.
While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat until bubbly. Add flour and cook, stirring continuously, for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add heavy cream in a steady stream while whisking until sauce is smooth. Bring sauce to a simmer and then add Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted.
Add salt, garlic powder and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Pour sauce over pasta and serve immediately.
