Parker House Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Pecans Chopped
  • 1 22 to 24 Count Package Parker House Frozen Dinner Rolls
  • 1 3.5-Ounce Package Butterscotch Pudding Mix Not Instant

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat and then mix in corn syrup.
  • Add brown sugar and cinnamon and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  • Grease Bundt pan. Sprinkle half of the pecans evenly in the bottom of the pan.
  • Add frozen dinner rolls and sprinkle pudding mix over the top. Add remaining pecans and then drizzle sugar mixture over the top.
  • Cover with a damp tea towel or plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature overnight.
  • In the morning, bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before inverting over a large plate. Serve warm.
