Ingredients

Alcoholic Version:

  • 2 Gallons Port White
  • 1 Quart Fresh Lime Juice
  • 500 Milliliters Sweet & Sour Mix
  • 250 Milliliters Vermouth

Non-Alcoholic Version (Scaled):

  • 1 Quart White Grape Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Sweet & Sour Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Non-Alcoholic Vermouth Substitute
  • - Or A Few Drops Orange Bitters Or Omit

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Partially freeze and then beat in a stand mixer or pulse in a blender. Or churn in an ice cream maker until slushy.
