Bean & Cheese Burritos (a'la Taco Bell)

Refried Beans

Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
Instructions
For best results, preheat refried beans.
Down the middle of a large flour tortilla, spread refried beans, red sauce, onions and cheese.
Wrap burrito and microwave approximately 20 to 30 seconds or until warmed through. Serve immediately.
To freeze burritos:
Do not preheat refried beans, but otherwise prepare as above.
Wrap burritos in foil, place on a baking sheet and then in the freezer.
When burritos are frozen through, place them in a Ziploc bag or vacuum seal for longer-term storage.
To reheat frozen burritos: (Instructions based on a 1800w microwave.)
Remove foil from frozen burrito and wrap in a paper towel.
Place on a microwave-safe plate and microwave at 50% for 3 minutes, flipping the burrito halfway through.
Flip burrito again and microwave on high for 30 to 40 seconds or until hot.
Let sit 1 to 2 minutes before eating.
