Apple Cider Syrup

Apple Cider

Tablespoons
Lemon Juice

Butter
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, mix together sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in apple cider and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in butter.
Serve warm or cold. Makes 2 3/4 cups.
