For the Dressing:

Juice and Zest of 1 Lime
1Large Clove GarlicMinced

For the Salmon:
1TablespoonBrown Sugar
1TeaspoonSmoked Paprika
1TeaspoonChili Powder
1TeaspoonGarlic Powder
1/2TeaspoonSalt
1/4TeaspoonPepper
Zest of 1 Lime
1PoundSalmon Fillets
Oil for Frying
For the Tacos:
Flour or Corn Tortillas
AvocadoSliced
Instructions
Combine all ingredients for the slaw in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix together the dressing.
Toss the slaw with the dressing. Only dress as much of the slaw as you are going to eat in one sitting.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, spices and lime zest. Rub salmon fillets all over with the spice mix.
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat until shimmering. Add salmon to pan and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Flip and then cook for another 2 minutes or until cooked through. Remove to a plate.
Heat tortillas and assemble tacos with the salmon, citrus slaw and sliced avocado.
