Cake Celebration - Royal Icing

Course: Frostings & Fillings


  • 3 Tablespoons Meringue Powder
  • 1 Pound Powdered Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Water


  • Combine ingredients, mixing slowly. Then beat at high speed for 7-10 minutes until stiff. Keep covered at all times with damp cloth as icing dries very quickly.
  • Rebeat to restore texture after storing.
