Prepare bread dough through its first rise. Punch down dough. Shape 2-ounce balls of dough into 4-inch squares.
Do not try to form typical "cinnamon" rolls, as orange filling will melt and not stay with dough.
Brush outside edges of dough with melted butter. Spread orange filling in middle of dough.
Sprinkle with dried cranberries and chopped macadamia nuts.
Fold corners of dough toward middle and seal. Let rise on cookie sheet until doubled.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and baste with more melted butter. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
When cool, drizzle with powdered sugar glaze and sprinkle with more toasted macadamia nuts or sliced almonds.
