Place margarine and marshmallows in large microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on high for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes, stirring after each minute, until mixture is smooth. Stir in cereal and mix until coated.
Press mixture into pan and cool. Makes 9 to 16 bars.
