Jasmine Rice with Lemongrass & Ginger

Rinsed & Well Drained

Salt
Green Onions
Sliced, Optional
Instructions
In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, sauté lemongrass and ginger for 1 minute.
Add rice and stir to coat; cook for a minute or two more.
Add water and salt and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low.
Cook for 15 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Remove from heat and fluff rice with a fork.
Serve topped with sliced green onions.
