Instructions
Combine all ingredients and beat well until smooth.
Refrigerate overnight to rehydrate the dried onion and allow the flavors to blend.
Use as a shmear on bagels or an Italian-style sandwich, spread on crackers (Triscuits recommended) or use as a dip for vegetables.
