1 2-PoundHead Green CabbageCut into 1-Inch Pieces
1/2TeaspoonSaltOr to Taste
1/4TeaspoonPepperOr to Taste
Chopped Fresh ParsleyFor Garnish, Optional
Instructions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook egg noodles according to the package directions. Drain well and set aside.
If adding bacon or kielbasa: In a large Dutch oven, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium high heat. Cook bacon until crispy or kielbasa until well browned on both sides. Remove to a bowl and set aside.
