Bratwurst with Red Cabbage

Shredded (approximately 8 Cups)

Red Wine Vinegar

Peeled & Sliced

Bratwurst
Instructions
Place cabbage and apples in slow cooker.
Stir together vinegar, sugar, caraway seeds, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over cabbage.
Add red potatoes, carrots and bratwurst on top of cabbage.
Cook on high 3 to 3 1/2 hours or on low for 7 hours.
Notes
I cut this recipe in half and it works beautifully.
