Avocado Crema

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream or Mexican Crema
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic Roughly Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small food processor and blend until smooth. Serve as desired.
  • Recipe may be scaled up as needed, but use within 4 days for best flavor.
