Meringue Powder

Powdered Sugar

Water
Instructions
Combine ingredients, mixing slowly. Then beat at high speed for 7 to 10 minutes until stiff. Keep covered at all times with damp cloth as icing dries very quickly.
Rebeat to restore texture after storing.
