Ingredients

Plus 2 Teaspoon Hot Water

Cocoa

Oil

Powdered Sugar
Instructions
Dissolve cocoa in hot water. Add oil. Blend in powdered sugar. If needed, add more sugar to thicken or more water to thin. Spoon over cake.
