Instructions
Mix together first 9 ingredients. Fill cupcake liners half-full with this batter.
Cream next 4 ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Put a heaping teaspoonful of this mixture in the center of each cupcake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
