Green Beans & Bacon

Ingredients

  • Fresh Green Beans
  • Bacon
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Cut bacon into pieces. Fry in a little bit of oil, stirring often so it does not burn.
  • When crisp, add cleaned and cut green beans. Stir to coat green beans in drippings.
  • Add just enough water to cover; stir to loosen browns. Cook until of desired doneness; best if not over cooked. Drain. Add a little butter and serve.
