Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes Sliced
  • Onions Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Fluffo (Shortening) Melted
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • Milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  • Place potatoes and onions in 9x13-inch baking dish. Add melted shortening. Make a runny paste of flour and water. Add milk to edge of pan. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
