Chipotle Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Minced
  • 1 to 2 Chipotle in Abodo Sauce, Chopped, Plus 1 Teaspoon Sauce

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and process in blender until smooth.
  • Best if made the night before to allow flavors to blend.
