Ingredients

  • 4 Roma Tomatoes Diced
  • 1 Small Onion Chopped
  • 1 Serrano Pepper Finely Minced
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro Coarsley Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Minced
  • 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Combine tomatoes and salt. Let stand 20 minutes; drain.
  • Combine tomatoes with remaining ingredients. Taste and season as needed.
