Ingredients

  • 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste
  • 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber Peeled & Cubed
  • 1/2 Red Onion Sliced
  • 1 Green Pepper Diced
  • 1/2 Cup Kalamata Olives Halved
  • 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese Crumbled

Instructions

  • Combine first five ingredients and whisk together until blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Toss with dressing and serve.
