Instructions
Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Then add oil, eggs, water and pumpkin. Mix until just moistened.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 3-inch deep loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
When cool, wrap in foil and store in refrigerator. Serve warm or cold with butter, sprinkled with chopped nuts, or whipped cream.
